2 A RESOLUTION TO AWARD A CONTRACT TO ALL SERVICE
3 ELECTRIC, FOR SIGNAL UPGRADE UNIVERSITY AVE. AT I -630 EB
4 OFF -RAMP (HILTON HOTEL) PROJECT; AND FOR OTHER
5 PURPOSES.
6 WHEREAS, bids were solicited for the upgrade of a signal University Ave. at I-
7 630 EB Off -ramp (Hilton Hotel) under Bid No. 05 -328, and
s WHEREAS, All Service Electric, Inc. submitted the lowest responsible and
9 responsive bid, in the amount of Fifty -one Thousand, Three Hundred Seventeen and
10 75/100 Dollars ($51,317.75);
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
12 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
13 Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
14 All Service Electric, Inc. for upgrade of a signal University Ave. and I -630 EB Off -ramp
15 (Hilton Hotel) in the amount of $56,449.53 ($51,317.75 plus 10% contingencies).
16 Section 2. Funding for this project is available from the Special Project Account
17 Nos. 215 - 220 -B368 and 210 - 220 -B214.
1s Section 3. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date
19 of its adoption.
