RESOLUTION NO. 121134
3 A RESOLUTION TO AFFIRM THE LITTLE ROCK PLANNING
4 COMMISSION'S APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO
5 ALLOW A MULTISECTIONAL MANUFACTURED HOME ON THE R-
6 2 ZONED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 18501 CRYSTAL VALLEY ROAD
7 (Z- 7934); AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS, at its October 13, 2005 meeting, the Little Rock Planning
10 Commission reviewed and approved a conditional use permit to allow a multisectional
11 manufactured home on the R -2 zoned property located at 18501 Crystal Valley Road by
12 a vote of 7 ayes, 2 negative, and 2 absent, and
13 WHEREAS, three letters of objection had been sent to the Commission and three
14 objectors were present, and
15 WHEREAS, a record objector has filed an appeal of the Planning Commission's
16 in approving the conditional use permit above - mentioned;
17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
18 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
19 Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby affirms the action of the Little Rock
20 Planning Commission in the approval of a conditional use permit to allow a
21 multisectional manufactured home on the R -2 zoned property located at 18501 Crystal
22 Valley Road (Z -7934) at its October 13, 2005 meeting, subject to compliance with the
23 conditions set forth by the Planning Commission at said meeting.

I Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence,
2 clause, phrase, or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or
3 unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining
4 portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so
5 declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
6 resolution.
7 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that
8 are inconsistent with the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent
9 of such inconsistency.
