A RESOLUTION MAKE APPOINTMENTS TO THE CENTRAL
ARKANSAS LIBRARY SYSTEM BOARD OF TRUSTEES; AND FOR
OTHER P.URPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following named persons are hereby appointed the Central Arkansas
Library System Board:
Jimmie Lou Fisher, appointed to serve a full three -year term, said term expiring on
December 31, 2008
Nate Coulter, reappointed to serve a second full three -year term, said term expiring on
December 31, 2008.
Lisa Ferrell, reappointed to serve a second full three -year term, said term expiring on
December 31, 2008.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
