A RESOLUTION MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE LITTLE ROCK
AMERICANS WITH DIABILITIES ACT CITIZEN GRIEVANCE
COMMITTEE, ANIMAL SERVICES ADVISORY BOARD,
COMMISSION ON CHILDREN YOUTH AND FAMILIES, THE CITY
BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION, COMMUNITY HOUSING ADVISORY
BOARD, HOUSING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS,
LITTLE ROCK PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION, LITTLE
ROCK PLANNING COMMISSION, LITTLE ROCK ZOO BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following named persons are hereby appointed as a member of the
respective Board and Commission:
AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT CITIZEN GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE
Reverend Larry D. Gary, appointed to serve his first full four -year term, said term expiring on
July 6, 2009.
ANIMAL SERVICES ADVISORY BOARD
John Seng, reinstated to complete his first term, said term expiring on November 28, 2006.
CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION
John Beneke, reappointed to serve a second full three -year term, said term expiring on
October 19, 2008.
Jan Bartlett Hicks, reappointed to serve a second full three -year term, said term expiring on
October 19, 2008.
Ross Piazza, appointed to serve his first full three -year term, said term expiring on October
19, 2008.
COMMISSION ON CHILDREN YOUTH AND FAMILIES
Marcie Snow, appointed to serve an unexpired term left vacant by Norith Ellison, said term
expiring February 28, 2008.
COMMUNITY HOUSING ADVISORY BOARD
Rebecca Chandler - Fisher, appointed to serve an unexpired term vacated by Sharlette Craig,
said term expiring June 2, 2006.
Mark Ross, reappointed to serve his second full three -year term, said term expiring June 2,
2008.
HOUSING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS
Joseph Busby, appointed to serve his first full four -year term, said term expiring August 1,
2008.
Aaron Petrus, appointed to serve his first full four -year term, said term expiring August 1,
2008.
LITTLE ROCK PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION
Randy Bynum, reappointed to serve his second full three -year term, said term expiring
January 31, 2009.
Kristi Clark, appointed to serve her first full three -year term, said term expiring January 31,
2009.
William G. Cobb, appointed to serve his first full three -year term, said term expiring January
31, 2009.
Melinda Faubel, appointed to serve her first full three -year term, said term expiring January
31, 2009.
Leonard Hawkins, reappointed to serve his second full three -year term, said term expiring
January 31, 2009.
William Rahn, reappointed to serve his second full three -year term, said term expiring
January 31, 2009.
Don Evans, appointed to serve his first full three -year term, said term expiring January 31,
2009.
Jordan P. Johnson, appointed to serve his first full three -year term, said term expiring January
31, 2009.

Lucas Hargraves, appointed to serve his first full three -year term, said term expiring on
November 1, 2008.
Gary P. Langlais, reappointed to serve his second full three -year term, said term expiring on
November 1, 2008.
LITTLE ROCK ZOO BOARD OF GOVERNORS
John Twyford, reinstated to complete his first full three -year term, said term expiring on
February 16, 2006.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
