19426ORDINANCE NO. 19,426 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED ZONING DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED OFFICE DISTRICT TITLED STUBBLEFIELD REVISED SHORT -FORM POD (Z- 5223 -C), LOCATED AT 1400 BISHOP STREET, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 18,046 AND THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 18,046 adopted by the Little Rock Board of Directors on July 6, 1999, be amended to provide for modification of the Planned Zoning Development described as Stubblefield Revised Short-form POD (Z- 5223 -C); SECTION 2. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from POD to Revised POD: Lot 12, Block 16, Centennial Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, less and except that part deeded to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas filed for record as Document No. 98- 093636, records of Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Part of Lot 12, Block 16, Centennial Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being described as follows: Beginning at a point of the west right of way line of South Bishop Street, said point being 30.6 feet north of the SE corner of said Lot 12; thence run north along the west right of way line of South Bishop Street, 20.0 feet to the NE corner of said Lot 12; thence run west along the south right of way line of West 14`h Street, a distance of 20.0 feet; thence right southeasterly around the are of a curve, having a radius of 20.0 feet and chord of 28.28 feet, a distance of 31.416 feet to the point of beginning. SECTION 3. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission. SECTION 4. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Stubblefield Revised Short-form POD is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36 -454 (e) of the Code of Ordinances. SECTION 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 6. That this Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of the plan. SECTION 7. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance. SECTION 8. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
