19430ORDINANCE NO. 19,430 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIANCE FROM VARIOUS LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; PROVIDING FOR A VARIANCE TO ALLOW A REDUCED LOT DEPTH, A VARIANCE TO ALLOW A REDUCED LOT WIDTH AND A VARIANCE TO ALLOW AN INCREASED LOT DEPTH TO WIDTH RATIO FOR THE WATERS EDGE SUBDIVISION - PRELIMINARY PLAT (5- 1428 -B), LOCATED NORTH OF DAVID O DODD ROAD, EAST OF I -430. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That a variance from various lot design standards of Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances is granted to provide for variances of certain requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for the Waters Edge Preliminary Plat (5- 1424 -13) as follows: Subsection A. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31, Section 31- 232(a) for the Waters Edge Subdivision Preliminary Plat; A variance to allow a reduced lot depth for Lots 127, 130, 162, 165 and 214. Subsection B. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31, Section 31- 232(a) for the Waters Edge Subdivision Preliminary Plat; A variance to allow a reduced lot width for Lots 28, 42, 95 and 100. Subsection C. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31, Section 31- 232(b) for the Waters Edge Subdivision Preliminary Plat; A variance to allow an increased lot depth to width ratio for Lots 5, 199 and 200.
