2 A RESOLUTION TO AWARD A CONTRACT TO CONSTRUCTION
3 MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE, INC., FOR SIGNAL
4 INSTALLATION ON LEAWOOD BLVD. AT MISSISSIPPI AVE.
s PROJECT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
6 WHEREAS, bids were solicited for the installation of a signal on Leawood Blvd.
7 at Mississippi Ave., under Bid No. 05 -305, and
s WHEREAS, Construction Management and Maintenance, Inc. submitted the
9 lowest responsible and responsive bid, in the amount of Eighty -nine Thousand, Seven
to Hundred Ninety -one and 25/100 Dollars ($89,791.25) plus 10% contingencies;
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
12 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
13 Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
14 Construction Management and Maintenance, Inc. for installation of a signal on
15 Leawood Blvd. at Mississippi Ave.
16 Section 2. Funding is available from the 2004 Bond Funds in Account No. 314-
17 220 -TS13, in the amount of $98,770.38 ($89,791.25 plus 10% contingencies).
18 Section 3. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date
19 of its adoption.
