3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
4 INTO AN ANNUAL CONTRACT FOR COMMERCIAL TRASH
5 COLLECTION AT CITY FACILITIES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 WHEREAS, the current annual contract for trash collection at 42 City of Little
8 Rock facilities has expired;
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
10 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
11 Section 1. The Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into a
12 contract with Waste Management, low bidder, for commercial trash collection at
13 various City of Little Rock facilities.
14 Section 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
15 adoption.
