A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND REAAPOINTMENTS
TO VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following named persons are hereby appointed as members of the following Boards
and /or Commissions:
ANIMAL SERVICES ADVISORY BOARD
Kerri Daniels, appointed to serve a second two -year term, said term expiring on November 28, 2006.
Kaye Risser, appointed to serve a third two -year term, said term expiring on November 28, 2006.
ARTS AND CULTURE COMMISSION
Dr. David O. Belcher, appointed to serve an unexpired term left vacant by Soledad H -D Jasin, said
term expiring April 2, 2007.
CITY BEAUTIFUL CO_N �IISSION
Anne Ivey, reappointed to serve a second three -year term, said term expiring October 19, 2007.
Lynn Mittelstaedt Warren, reappointed to serve a second three -year term, said term expiring October
19, 2007.
LIT'T'LE ROCK PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION
William David Duke, reappointed to serve a second three -year term, said term expiring January 31,
2007.
J.J. Lacey, Jr., appointed to serve his first three -year term, said term expiring January 31, 2008.
Van Tilbury, appointed to serve his first three -year term, said term expiring January 31, 2008.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
