'� `'` x E PULASKI COUNTY CIRCUIT/COUNTY CLERK 1 .-T Q ORDINANCE NO. 2132o.00 3 /'//,�lc�l1∎nfttl NANCE TO APPROVE A PLANNED ZONING 4 DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISH A PLANNED COMMERCIAL 5 DISTRICT TITLED K LOFTS LLC, 315 MAIN STREET SHORT-FORM 6 PCD (Z-8871), LOCATED AT 315 MAIN STREET, LITTLE ROCK, 7 ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY 8 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 9 10 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, 11 ARKANSAS. 12 SECTION 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed 13 from UU,Urban Use District,to PCD, Planned Commercial Development: 14 Lot 4, Block 4, Original City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. 15 SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended 16 by the Little Rock Planning Commission. 17 SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for K Lofts LLC, 315 18 Main Street Short-Form PCD (Z-8871), located at 315 Main Street, is conditioned upon obtaining a 19 final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-454 (e) of the 20 Code of Ordinances. 21 SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City 22 of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in 23 the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 24 SECTION 5. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final 25 approval of the plan. 26 SECTION 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, 27 phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such 28 declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain 29 in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not 30 originally a part of the ordinance. 31 SECTION 7. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are 32 inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such 33 inconsistency.
