PULASKI COUNTY CIRCUIT/COUNTY CLERK 1 ORDINANCE NO. 20; S20 °° 2 3 AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE A PLANNED ZONING 4 DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISH A PLANNED COMMERCIAL 5 DISTRICT TITLED SHACKLEFORD CROSSING (WAL-MART) 6 REVISED LONG-FORM PCD (Z-4923-0), LOCATED AT 2700 SOUTH 7 SHACKLEFORD ROAD, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE 8 OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, 9 ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 10 11 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, 12 ARKANSAS. 13 SECTION 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed 14 from Revised PCD, Planned Commercial District,to Revised PCD: 15 Lot C Shackleford Crossing Subdivision, City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, 16 Arkansas. 17 SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended 18 by the Little Rock Planning Commission. 19 SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Shackleford 20 Crossing (Wal-Mart) Revised Long-Form PCD (Z-4923-0), located at 2700 South Shackleford Road 21 is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article 22 VII, Section 36-454(e)of the Code of Ordinances. 23 SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City 24 of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in 25 the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 26 SECTION 5. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final 27 approval of the plan. 28 SECTION 6. Severability.
