6715 RESOLUTION NO. 6 , 715
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER AND THE
MAYOR TO DRAFT AND SEND A LETTER TO THE ARKANSAS
HIGHWAY AND TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT AND THE
FEDERAL DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION INDICATING
THAT OTTER CREEK MALL ROAD WILL BE DESIGNATED AS
A PUBLIC STREET AND WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR MAINTENANCE
BY THE CITY IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE SUBDIVISION
REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; EXPRESSING
SUPPORT OF THE CONCEPT OF WAIVING SIDEWALKS ALONG
OTTER CREEK MALL DRIVE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . The City Manager and the Mayor are hereby authorized
to draft and send a letter to the Arkansas Highway and Transportation
Department and the Federal Department of Transportation indicating
that Otter Creek Mall Road will be designated as a public street and
will be accepted for maintenance by the City of Little Rock in
conformance with the subdivision regulations of the City of Little
Rock.
SECTION 2 . The Board of Directors hereby expresses its support
of the concept of waiving sidewalks along Otter Creek Mall Drive .
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and approval .
