A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH
BURKE AND ASSOCIATES , INC. FOR DESIGN
AND IMPLEMENTATION OF AN IMPROVED
MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR THE
PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas :
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby
authorized to enter into a contract with Burke and
Associates , Inc. for design and implementation of an
improved maintenance management system for the Public
Works Department for a contract price not to exceed
FORTY-SEVEN THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($47 ,100. 00) .
Section 2 . This resolution shall be in full
force and effect from and after its adoption and approval.
