A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
ATTORNEY TO FILE AN APPEAL AND
ACCOMPANYING WRIT OF SUPERSEDEAS
IN THE CASE OF ERICKSON V. CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas :
Section 1. The City Attorney is hereby
authorized and directed to file an appeal and accompanying
writ of supersedeas in the case of Erickson v. City of
Little Rock.
Section 2 . This resolution shall be in full
force and effect from and after its adoption and approval.
