A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE LOCATION
OF FIRE STATIONS IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK TO BE A MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED
AND RESOLVED BY THE STAFF; STATING
THE INTENT OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
TO REFRAIN FROM TAKING A POSITION
ON THE LOCATION OF FIRE STATIONS ;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas :
Section 1. The location of fire stations
in the City of Little Rock is hereby declared to be a
matter to be resolved by the Staff.
Section 2 . The Board of Directors hereby
states its intent to refrain from taking a position
on the location of fire stations in the City of Little
Rock.
Section 3 . This resolution shall be in full
force and effect from and after its adoption and approval.
