A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
INTO A CONTRACT TO LEASE A SITE AT RIVER MOUNTAIN
PARK FOR A COAST GUARD AUXILIARY STATION FOR A
TWO-YEAR PERIOD WITH AN OPTION TO RENEW; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
enter into a contract to lease a site of approximately 100' x 100' at
River Mountain Park for a coast guard auxiliary station for a tao-year
period with an option to renew.
Section 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval.
