A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING
ON THE PETITION TO VACATE ALL THAT PART OF
SOUTH LOOKOUT AVENUE AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT
OF HILLCREST ADDITION TO LITTLE ROCK, ARK-
ANSAS , WHICH LIES WITHIN THE BOUNDS OF LANDS
SUBSEQUENTLY PLATTED AS BLOCK 1, OF REPLAT
OF DOYLE PLACE, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS , a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , on the 24th
day of September, 1981, asking the Board of Directors to
vacate and abandon all that part of South Lookout Avenue as
shown on the plat of HILLCREST ADDITION to Little Rock, Ark-
ansas , as shown on the plat of said addition, (now on file in
Plat Book 1, at Page 57) which lies within the bounds of lands
subsequently platted as Block One (1) , of Replat of DOYLE PLACE,
an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , as recorded
in Plat Book 2 , at Page 188 in the office of the Recorder for
Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any public utility
easements located in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
7 : 30 o' clock P.M. , on the 3rd day of December , 1981.
SECTION 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas , and having
general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
