A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR
THE ACQUISITION OF LAND IN AND ALONG
ROCK CREEK LOCATED AT 20th AND BOYLE
STREETS FOR FLOOD CONTROL PURPOSES ; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
enter into a contract for the purchase of approximately one and
one-quarter acres lying in and adjacent to Rock Creek and
located at 20th and Boyle Park for $15 ,500 to be used for flood
control purposes .
Section 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval .
