A RESOLUTION STATING THE INTENT OF THE BOARD
OF DIRECTORS TO RECONSIDER ZONING CASE NUMBER
Z-3720 ; SETTING THE DATE OF OCTOBER 20 , 1981 ,
FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE RECONSIDERATION OF
ZONING CASE NUMBER Z-3720 ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . The Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas , hereby states their intent to reconsider Zoning
Case Number Z-3720 regarding property located at Windamere and
Geyer Springs Road.
Section 2 . The date of October 20, 1981 , is hereby
set for a public hearing on the reconsideration of Zoning Case
Number Z-3720.
Section 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval .
