A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE MARYLAND ( 9th) STREET
BETWEEN FAIR PARK AND TYLER
STREETS , IN PERRY HEIGHTS ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK , ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS , a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock , Arkansas , on the 10th day of
September 10 , 19 81 , asking the Board of Directors to
vacate and abandon all of Maryland (9th ) Street between Fair Park
and Tyler Streets between Blocks 2 and 7 of Perry Heights
Addition to the City of Little Rock , Arkansas , as designated on
the plat of said Addition now appearing of record in Deed Book
One , Page 27 , in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County ,
Arkansas , subject , however , to any public utility easements
located in said street .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK , ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . The hearing on said petition shall be held at the
meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7 : 30
o ' clock P .M. , on the 20th day of October ,
19 81 .
SECTION 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of
such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once
a week for two ( 2 ) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in
Pulaski County , Arkansas , and having general circulation in the
City of Little Rock .
