A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE Raintree Lane
BETWEEN Reservoir Road AND Brookside Drive
, IN R. D. Duncan's ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 20th day of August , 19 81 ,
asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all of Raintree Lane
between Reservoir Road and Brookside Drive in Blocks 3-6
of R. D. Duncan's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
Plat
as designated on the plat of said Addition now appearing of record in Rmut Book 1 ,
Page 178 , in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject,
however, to any public utility easements located in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting of the
Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30 o'clock P.M. , on the 6th
day of October , 19 81
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing
in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive
weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general
circulation in the City of Little Rock.
