A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE ARKANSAS
ARTS CENTER BOARD, BUILDING CODE BOARD OF APPEALS,
ELECTRICAL EXAMINING BOARD AND HISTORIC DISTRICT
COMMISSION; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following named persons are hereby appointed to
serve as members of the Arkansas Arts Center Board of Trustees for
the terms set opposite their names :
Mr. Morris Shepherd Arnold 7-1-81 to 7-1-82
Mr. Henry J. Mariani 7-1-81 to 7-1-82
Mr. C. E. Goodman 7-1-81 to 7-1-82
Mr. Thomas McLarty III 7-1-81 to 7-1-83

as members of the Building Code Board of Appeals for the terms set

Bill J. Miller 5-12-81 to 5-12-85
SECTION 3. Mr. Edward Smith is hereby appointed to a three-year
term on the Electrical Examining Board , ending January 1, 1984 .
SECTION 4 . Mrs . Elizabeth Foti and Samuel Strauss , Jr. are
hereby appointed to three-year terms on the Historic District
Commission, said terms expiring June 15 , 1984 .
SECTION 5 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
