A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO AWARD A CONTRACT TO EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT
SERVICES , INC . ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
award a contract to Executive Management Services , Inc. , for
an evaluation of the City' s classification and pay systems .
Section 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval .
