6607 RESOLUTION NO. 6 , 607
WHEREAS, Nathaniel W. Hill will be traveling to Portugal and
Spain to represent the National Community Development Association
(NCDA) of which he serves as the Immediate Past President; and
WHEREAS, the expenses for said trip will be paid by the
NCDA; and
WHEREAS, the opportunity will exist to spread the goodwill
of the City of Little Rock through official meetings which will
be held in Portugal and Spain.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1 . Honorary citizenship and a key to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas are bestowed upon Engineer Nuno Krus
Abecassis of Lisbon, Portugal.
SECTION 2. Mr. Nathaniel W. Hill is hereby appointed as
official emissary of the Board of Directors to deliver and
present this certificate and key.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval .
