6600 RESOLUTION NO. 6 ,600
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS ELDERLY HOUSING FACILITIES BOARD PURSUANT
TO THE PROVISIONS OF ACT NO. 142 OF THE ACTS OF ARKANSAS
OF 1975 , AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS , the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock
passed Ordinance No. 14 ,048 on June 2 , 1981 creating the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas Elderly Housing Facilities Board; and
WHEREAS , appointments to the Elderly Housing Facilities
Board were made on June 10 , 1981.
NOW THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following named persons are hereby appointed
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas Elderly Housing Facilities
Board to serve terms designated herein beginning June 10 , 1981.
Ms . Annie Cox One-Year Term
Mrs . Diane Carroll Two-Year Term
Gary Burris Three-Year Term
James T. Dyke Four-Year Term
Jerry Oates Five-Year Term
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
