6583 RESOLUTION NO. 6 , 583
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXTENSION OF
AN OPTION TO PURCHASE LAND LOCATED AT
THIRTEENTH AND HANGER STREETS AT EAST
VIEW TERRACE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS , the East View Terrace Limited Partnership has
requested an extension of time in which to complete the purchase
of land at East View Terrace located at Thirteenth and Hanger
streets in the City of Little Rock; and
WHEREAS , construction of one hundred units of housing
has commenced and should be completed within fourteen months .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. An extension of fourteen months on the option
of the East View Terrace Limited Partnership to purchase land at
East View Terrace located at 13th and Hanger Streets is hereby
authorized.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval.
