6580 RESOLUTION NO. 6 , 580
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY ATTORNEY' S OFFICE TO PURSUE LITIGATION
TO OBTAIN AN INJUNCTION TO PREVENT THE OWNERS
OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM MAINTAINING THE
PROPERTY IN A HAZARDOUS AND PHYSICALLY OFFENSIVE
CONDITION; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . The City Attorney' s Office is hereby
authorized and directed to pursue litigation against Gordon
Ward Thomas and Rose Thomas to obtain an injunction preventing
them from maintaining their property at 5905 Country Club Blvd,
South, in the City in a hazardous and physically offensive
condition.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval.
