A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH J . A. RIGGS
FOR THE REPAIR OF EQUIPMENT ; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter
into a contract with J . A. Riggs for the repair of a traxcavator
used at the landfill.
Section 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval.
