A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEDICATION OF LAND
FROM AMERICAN CYANAMID COMPANY; EXPRESSING
APPRECIATION TO AMERICAN CYANAMID; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS , a Quitclaim Deed from American Cyanamid Company
to the City of Little Rock granted and quitclaimed the interest
of American Cyanamid Company in certain real property to the
City; and
WHEREAS , it is the desire of the Board of Directors to
accept the dedication of land by American Cyanamid Company
and to express the appreciation of the City to American Cyanamid
for such dedication.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
Section 1. The dedication of certain real property,
shown on the Quitclaim Deed, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is
hereby accepted.
Section 2 . Appreciation is hereby expressed to American
Cyanamid Company on behalf of all citizens of the City of Little
Rock for the dedication of certain real property, shown on the
attached Exhibit , to the City.
Section 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval .

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS : . `_ _
THAT American Cyanamid Company , a Maine corporation,
GRANTOR, by its Group Vice-President , F . E. Detoro, duly
authorized hereby by lawful resolution of its Board of
Directors , for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
Dollars ($10 . 00) and other good and valuable consideration,
paid by the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , GRANTEE, the re-
ceipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant,
convey and quitclaim unto the said Grantee and its successors
and assigns forever, all of its right, title, interest, equity
and estate in and to the following described lands situated in
the County of Pulaski , State of Arkansas :
That part of the Southeast Quarter of
the Northwest Quarter of Section Nine
(9) in Township One (1) South, Range
Twelve (12) West, lying south of a
line parallel to and one thousand and
fifty (1050) feet north of the south
line of said Southeast Quarter of
said Northwest Quarter.
To have and to hold the same unto the said Grantee
andunto its successors and assigns forever, along with all
tenements , appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto be--
longing .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the name of the Grantor is here-
unto affixed by its Group Vice-President and its seal affixed

tie acknowledgments and proofs in said County and State, per-
sonally appeared J. K. Bangs , to me known, who being by me
duly sworn according to law, on his oath does depose and make
proof to my satisfaction that he is the Secretary of and well
knows the seal of the American Cyanamid Company, the Grantor
in the foregoing deed named; that the seal affixed to the said
deed is the corporate seal of said corporation; that it was so
affixed by virtue of authority from the board of directors of
the said corporation; that F. E . Detoro was at the time of the
execution thereof the Group Vice-President of the said corpor-
ation; that he saw the said F. E . Detoro as such Group Vice-
President affix said seal thereto, sign and deliver said deed,
and heard him declare that he signed, sealed and delivered the
same as the voluntary act and deed of the said corporation, by
virtue of such authority; and that this deponent signed his
name thereto , at the same time, as a subscribing witness .
