6567 RESOLUTION NO. 6 ,567
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO ENTER INTO A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH
MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD FOR A FIRE
ALARM AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, it would be in the best interest of the City
to have a fire alarm wire running across certain properties
owned by Missouri Pacific Railroad at the intersection of
Forbing Road and University Avenue ; and
WHEREAS, the said license fee will be waived for the
City in this instance .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1 . The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter
into a license agreement with Missouri Pacific Railroad for
the City of Little Rock' s right to run a fire alarm wire
4 across Missouri Pacific property more particularly described
in the attached diagram labeled Exhibit A.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval .
