RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR MAY 5, 1981,
FOR THE PROPOSED DOWNZONING OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT
THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF MABELVALE PIKE AND 49th STREET;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That a public hearing is hereby set for May 5, 1981, at 7:30 p.m.
in the Chamber of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
for the purpose of considering the downzoning of certain property located
at the Southwest corner of Mabelvale Pike and 49th Street from R-5 Urban
Residence to MF-24 Multifamily.
