A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING THE ADOPTION OF A
SIGN RESOLUTION BY METROCENTRE IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO . 1 BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS ; STAT-
ING THAT IT IS THE INTENT OF THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS THAT THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF
METROCENTRE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 PROVIDE
ITS OWN ENFORCEMENT OF THE SIGN CODE ; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS , by its Resolution of November 19 , 1980 , the
Board of Commissioners of Metrocentre Improvement District No. 1
adopted a sign code for that district ; and
WHEREAS , it is the desire of the Board of Directors
that Metrocentre Improvement Distrct No . 1 provide its own
enforcement of its newly adopted sign code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . The Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas , hereby recognizes the adoption of a Sign Reso-
lution by the Metrocentre Improvement Distrct No . 1 Board of
Conu'iissioners and states the Board' s intent that Board of
Conmiissioners provide its own enforcement of its newly adopted
sign code.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval .
