A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE MCCOMBS STREETAND ALLEYS
IN FACTORIA THIRD ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 24thday of December , 198P
asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all of MCCOMBS Street
which lies between Block 18 and 20 , Factoria Third Addition and South of
East Roosevelt Road; AND Alley Between Lots 1 to 4 inclusive and Lot 5 Block 18;
Alley between Lots 3 and 4 and Lot 5, Block 20 and South of Fast Roosevelt Road;
Alley between Lots 11, 12 and 13 and Lot 14 , Block 20; Alley lying South of
Lots 5 to 10, inclusive, Block 20, in Factoria Third Addition, to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat of said addition now appearing
of record in Deed Book No 1 on Page 248, in the office the Recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LI'1'1LE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting of
the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30 o'clock P.M. on the 4th
day of March 1981 .
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing
in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive
weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general
circulation in the City of Little Rock, .
