A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTOR-
NEY' S OFFICE TO INTERVENE ON BEHALF OF
THE CITY IN THE CASE OF JIM MORRIS , ET AL.
V. TORCH CLUB, ET AL. , AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . The City Attorney' s Office is hereby
authorized to file a Petition for Intervention on behalf of
the City in the case of Jim Morris , et al . v. Torch Club,
et al . , Case No . 80-5710.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption and approval .
