A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION
OF SIX LOTS FOR PARK AND FLOODWAY
PURPOSES ; COMMENDING JESSICA R. ROONEY
FOR HER DONATION; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS , Ms . Jessica R. Rooney has agreed to dedicate
six lots to the City for park and floodway purposes ; and
WHEREAS , it has been recommended that the dedication
be accepted and that Ms . Rooney be cocmended for deeding the
land to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . The dedication of six lots located ad-
jacent to Boyle Park in the Rock Creek Floodway is hereby
accepted.
SECTION 2 . Ms . Jessica R. Rooney is hereby covuuended
for her dedication of the land to the City.
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption and approval .
