A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PARTICI-
PATION BY EMPLOYEES OF THE LITTLE ROCK
PORT AUTHORITY IN THE RETIREMENT PLAN
FOR NON-UNIFORMED EMPLOYEES ; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . Participation by Robert G. Brave and
Linda S . Smallwood, employees of Little Rock Port Authority,
in the City of Little Rock Retirement Plan for non-uniformed
employees is hereby authorized.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption and approval .
