RESOLUTION NO . 6 ,469
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES FOR
THE USE OF TENNIS CENTERS .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . Fees for the Walker and Rebsamen Tennis
Centers shall be as follows :
Weekdays , Excluding Holidays
(Prime Time)
Monday-Thursday $1 . 50 Per Player Per Hour
after 5 : 00 p.m.
(Non Prime Time)
Monday-Thursday $1 . 00 Per Player Per Hour
Prior to 5 : 00 p .m.
Friday-All Day $1 . 00 Per Player Per Hour
Weekends and Holidays
(Prime Time)
Prior to 5 : 00 p .m. $1 . 50 Per Player Per Hour
(Non Prime Time)
After 5 : 00 p.m. $1 . 00 Per Player Per Hour
Season Passes for Weekdays , Excluding Holidays
Senior citizens over 65
(One Center Only) $100. 00
Married Senior Citizens Couple
(One Center Only) $150. 00
Citizens Under 65
(One Center Only) $125 . 00
Married Citizens Under 65
(One Center Only) $175 . 00
Season Pass : Weekdays , Weekends , and Holidays
Senior Citizens over 65
(One Center Only) $125 . 00
Married Senior Citizens Couple
(One Center Only) $175 . 00
Citizens Under 65
(One Center Only) $150. 00
Married Citizen Couple Under 65
(One Center Only) $200 . 00
To obtain a season pass for both Rebsamen and Walker Tennis
4 Centers , an additional $50 . 00 will be charged.
SECTION 2 . The City Manager is hereby authorized to
designate prime time hours administratively should such desig-
nation become necessary.
SECTION 3 . All previous Resolutions establishing
tennis center fees are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after January 1 , 1981 .
