6460 RESOLUTION NO. 6 , 460
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION #6 ,438 ,
WHICH DECLARED THE INTENT TO APPROPRIATE
NOT LESS THAN $510 ,000 FOR THE CENTRAL
ARKANSAS TRANSIT SYSTEM FOR 1981 , TO
CORRECT A TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR IN SAID
RESOLUTION; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS , a typographical error was made in Section 1 of
Resolution #6 ,438 , which caused the year to be shown as 1980
instead of 1981 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . Resolution #6 ,438 is hereby amended to
change the date shown in Section 1 to be 1981 instead of
1980.
SECTION 2. All other parts of Resolution #6 ,438 shall
remain as previously adopted.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval .
