RESOLUTION APPOINTING BOARD OF ASSESSMENT FOR
MABELVALE-ALEXANDER SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NO. 142 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS Mabelvale-Alexander Sewer Improvement District
No. 142 of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas has formed
its plan for improvement and has ascertained the approximate
cost of the improvement, and
WHEREAS a Board of Assessment should be appointed to
assess the benefits to be received by each lot, block and
other subdivision of land within this District by reason of
the proposed local improvement, and
WHEREAS George Fox, Bill Payne and Leon Sneed are
electors of the City of Little Rock and are qualified by
training and experience to serve as assessors for the
District and are so willing to serve, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the City of
Little Rock that:
1 . George Fox, Bill Payne and Leon Sneed shall be and
are hereby appointed as the Board of Assessment for
Mabelvale-Alexander Sewer Improvement District No. 142 to
assess the benefits to be received by each lot, block and
other subdivision of land with this District by reason of
the proposed local improvement.
