6449 RESOLUTION NO. 6 , 449
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF
THREE PARCELS OF LAND OWNED BY THE CITY;
AUTHORIZING THE STAFF TO NEGOTIATE THE
PRICE FOR ONE PARCEL OF LAND; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Staff has advertised the availability of
various parcels of City owned land as provided for in the
procedure approved by the Board of Directors; and
WHEREAS, maps illustrating the location of the parcels
and the tabulation of bids received are attached as exhibits
for the three parcels of land .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . The sale of three parcels of City owned
land as shown on the attached exhibits is hereby approved .
SECTION 2. The Staff is hereby authorized to negotiate
with the high bidder to secure a minimum price of $3 ,500 for
the parcel shown on the attached exhibit as 4-S.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval .
