6444 RESOLUTION NO. 6, 444
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CLOSING OF
THE CITY' S SANITARY LANDFILL ON SATURDAYS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS , a public hearing has been held concerning
reduction of hours of operation at the City' s Sanitary
Landfill; and
WHEREAS , it has been determined that due to economic
reasons the City' s Sanitary Landfill should be closed on
Saturdays; and
WHEREAS , it has been determined that actual use of the
City' s Sanitary Landfill on Saturdays by the public has been
extremely limited.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION I . The closing of the City' s Sanitary
Landfill on Saturdays is hereby authorized effective
October 18, 1980.
SECTION II . This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval .
