6439 RESOLUTION NO. 6 , 439
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A TEMPORARY FIRE
SERVICE CONTRACT FOR GRABLE OIL COMPANY;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS , Bob Grable , President of Grable Oil Company,
has requested that the Board of Directors grant a temporary
fire service contract for his business located at 9809 Mann
Road, which is within the large island to be annexed by the
City in late 1980 ; and
WHEREAS , Fire Chief Webb has reviewed and approved this
request for service .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION I . There is hereby authorized a temporary
fire service contract for Grable Oil Company.
SECTION II . This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval .
