RESOLUTION NO. 6,435 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING OF THE PETITION TO VACATE STREETS AND ALLEYS IN UNION DEPOT ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AS FOLLOWS: A. That portion of Wolfe Street extending from the South line of West Markham Street to the South line of the alley lying between Blocks 6 and 8, UNION DEPOT ADDITION. B. That portion of Second Street from the West line of Lot 6, Block 5, UNION DEPOT ADDITION east to the West line of Wolfe Street. C. That portion of the alley between Blocks 6 and 8 , UNION DEPOT ADDITION, from Wolfe Street to the West line of Lot 4 , Block 6 , UNION DEPOT ADDITION, extending South to the West line of Lot 3, Block 8 . WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , on the 5th day of August , 1980, asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon certain streets and alleys in Union Depot Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat of said Addition now appearing of record in Plat Book 1 , Pages 145 and. 434 , in the office of the Recorded of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any public utility easements located in said street/alley. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7: 30 o ' clock P.M. , on the 21st day of October , 1980 M -2- SECTION 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
