6433 RESOLUTION NO. 6 , 433
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A LEASE AGREEMENT LEASING THE
TENNENBAUM BUILDING TO TENNENBAUM CONCERN, INC. ; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS , the staff has recommended a lease agreement of
the Tennenbaum Building leasing the building to Tennenbaum Concern,
Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. A lease agreement leasing the Tennenbaum Building
to Tennenbaum Concern, Inc. is hereby authorized.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval.
