A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY
OF A MORTGAGE ON THE "COMMONWEALTH FEDERAL" PROPERTY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1 . That in order to give effect to the intent
of the City of Little Rock to pay the balance of the principal
amount of the City ' s Tourism Revenue Refunding Bonds , Series 1979
dated August 1, 1979 (the "1979 Issue") , from the proceeds of the
sale of property of the City purchased from the proceeds of the
bonds refinanced by the 1979 Issue (commonly known and hereinafter
referred to as "Commonwealth Federal Property") , the Mayor is
hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver a mortgage
from the City to Union National Bank of Little Rock, as Trustee,
conveying the Commonwealth Federal Property as security for the
.payment of the bonds of the 1979 Issue .
