6423 RESOLUTION NO. 6423
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER
TO PURSUE INDEPENDENT PRIME SPONSOR
STATUS IN THE CENTRAL ARKANSAS CONSORTIUM;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS , in light of the increased liability and the
desire to maintain the flexibility required to serve the
citizens of the City of Little Rock effectively, the staff
has recommended that the Board of Directors direct the City
Manager to pursue prime sponsor status with the City of
Little Rock in the Central Arkansas Consortium.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION I . The City Manager is hereby directed to
pursue independent prime sponsor status for the City of
Little Rock in the Central Arkansas Consortium.
SECTION II . This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval.
