A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT TO
BURKHALTER TECHNOLOGIES FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF 40' STREET FROM
KATHERINE TO POTTER
WHEREAS, Improvements are needed on 40th Street from Katherine Street to Potter
Street.
AND, 40th Street from Katherine Street to Potter Street was selected as a street
reconstruction project in the 2004 Bond Capital Improvement Program.
AND, Burkhalter Technologies submitted the lowest qualified bid for the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to award a contract and execute an
agreement with Burkhalter Technologies for reconstruction of 40th Street from Katherine
Street to Potter Street.
SECTION 2. Funding for the project is available from 314- 220 -SR08. Amount of the
purchase order will be $89,778.20 ($81,616.50 plus 10% contingency).
SECTION 3. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
adoption.
