A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF
SEPTEMBER 16 , 1980 , FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
ON WRECKER SERVICE IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS , some question has been raised concerning
wrecker service for vehicles parked at War Memorial Stadium;
and
WHEREAS , some question has been raised regarding
subleasing on the part of wrecker services presently holding
franchises from the City of Little Rock, Arkansas .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
Section I . The date of September 16, 1980 , is hereby
set for a public hearing on wrecker service for the City of
Little Rock.
Section II . This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval.
