6411 RESOLUTION NO. 6 ,411
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DONATION OF AN
INGERSOLL RAND PUMP AND A GENERAL ELECTRIC
MOTOR TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Bob Wilson has offered to donate a heavy duty pump
and motor to the City of Little Rock; and
WHEREAS, the pump would be useful to the City for purposes of
trading it or selling it to the Little Rock Water Works or the Little Rock
Wastewater Utility.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The donation of an Ingersoll Rand, 8-inch discharge
pump with serial number 0272701 and a 450 horsepower General Electric
8000 motor with serial number DH8392122 is hereby accepted from Bob
Wilson who indicates that the appraised value of these items is
$22,500.00.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and approval.
