6379 RESOLUTION 6 , 379
WHEREAS, Carleton E. McMullin has devoted five years of
his career in service to the City of Little Rock as City
Manager, and
WHEREAS, during his tenure with the City of Little
Rock, Carleton E. McMullin has seen the City double in size ,
with an unprecedented increase in population, and
WHEREAS, through his guidance and leadership, Little
Rock ' s municipal government has maintained and improved
services to more citizens than ever before, and
WHEREAS, Carleton E. McMullin has distinguished himself
through the conscientious and professional manner in which
he has pursued the interests of the City, in both the public
and private sectors, and
WHEREAS, Carleton E. McMullin's service to the City has
been marked with a constant search for efficiency and
effectiveness and a genuine desire to make Little Rock ' s
government the best, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . The Board of Directors, on behalf of all
the citizens of Little Rock, recognize the dedicated service
of Carleton E. McMullin as City Manager and do express their
appreciation to him for his contributions to the City of
Little Rock.

SECTION 2. The Board of Directors do hereby remind
Carleton E. McMullin of the respect in which he is held by
the members of the Board of Directors, and the citizens of
Little Rock.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
